1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced on this website, govern your use of the All Belong Hub website, membership areas, products, resources, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, purchasing a product, joining a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Some Services may include additional terms, which will apply in addition to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users, including members, purchasers, contributors, and visitors.

Important notice: Where disputes arise, we may use binding arbitration or alternative dispute resolution processes where legally applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.


2) About All Belong Hub

All Belong Hub is a collaborative initiative delivered in partnership between participating charitable organisations (the “Partner Organisations”). The Services are provided jointly by these partners through a shared digital platform.

Each Partner Organisation remains responsible for the content it contributes, while overall platform administration may be managed jointly or by a designated lead organisation.


3) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement; and

  • you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.


4) Accounts and Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • keep your login details secure

  • accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must not:

  • impersonate another person or organisation

  • share account credentials without permission

  • use accounts for unlawful or abusive activity

You are responsible for notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account.


5) Personal Data and Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, we comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where relevant.

If you provide personal data relating to other individuals, you confirm you have appropriate legal permission to do so.


6) Content

6.1 Definition

“Content” includes all materials available through the Services, including text, images, videos, downloads, training materials, and user-generated content.

6.2 Ownership

Content provided through All Belong Hub remains the property of:

  • the contributing Partner Organisation, or

  • the original creator where specified

6.3 Use of Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Content for personal, organisational, or internal training purposes only.

You may not:

  • redistribute or resell Content

  • reproduce materials for commercial purposes

  • share access outside your organisation or membership tier


7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • break any applicable law

  • upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content

  • interfere with platform security or performance

  • impersonate others

  • distribute spam or unauthorised advertising

  • attempt to access restricted systems or data

We may suspend or remove access where these rules are breached.


8) Products, Memberships, and Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers integrated into the platform.

By purchasing a product or membership, you agree:

  • to the price and billing terms displayed at checkout

  • that subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled

  • that refunds (if offered) are governed by the specific product terms

Access to content is granted only while your subscription or licence remains active.


9) Donations and Support Payments

Where “Support Our Work” or similar donation products are offered:

  • payments are treated as voluntary contributions

  • they may or may not be refundable depending on the terms displayed at point of purchase

  • donations do not grant additional service entitlements unless explicitly stated


10) Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for:

  • the content or availability of third-party services

  • any loss or damage arising from their use

You use third-party services at your own risk.


11) Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause temporary disruption.


12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the previous three months (or £500, whichever is greater, where applicable law allows)

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.


13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the All Belong Hub Partner Organisations from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • your misuse of the Services

  • your breach of these Terms

  • your violation of applicable law


14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.


15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.
